Finish the project in Private
Review the script and export the video or guide while it is still private.
2
Move it to Team
Open the project and click the Private badge next to its name, or use Move to… from the project’s menu in Library. Choose Team, and a folder if you want one.
3
Your teammates can open it
The project now appears in Team for everyone in the workspace. Move it back to Private at any time.
Folders
Both areas can hold folders, and folders can hold other folders. Use New folder in Library while you are in the place where it should go.- To move several projects at once, tick them in the list and choose Move to….
- To rename, move, or delete a folder, use its menu.
- Deleting a folder never deletes projects. What was inside moves up one level.
Who can do what
A share link is still the way to show a video or guide to someone outside the workspace. See Share a result.
If you cannot find a project
A project on Home is not in the Library list
